I welcome all of you.
Even the parts that have been criticized, that you’re not proud of, or that you hide under a mask. I’m not here to judge you or tell you that you’re wrong. I’m here to help you explore who you truly are and what feels best for you.
I believe that individuals function as effectively as they can, given their circumstances. Therefore, I hold compassion and curiosity for how each individual is coping and functioning, while creating space for exploration and choice. My intention is to help you build awareness so that you can make choices that feel right for you.
I have a background in Neuropsychology from U.C. Berkeley (B.A. 2013), and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (M.A. 2017). I'm a self-identified 'brain nerd,' and am fascinated by the connections between neurology and behavior. I incorporate these considerations into my work when relevant and when there is interest by the client.
Clients describe me as warm, friendly, compassionate, and attuned. I consider it an honor to do this work, and I have great respect and care for my role as therapist.
